A. Refer-a-Friend:
The account holder receives 2 for every Team entered and paid for by the person (or the account holder acting on behalf of the person) who was registered by the refer-a-friend form found at www.raise-your-game.net The form can only be used if logged in. The email address and PIN number identifies the user that has been newly registered. If the user registers again using a different email address the account holder cannot claim to be the referrer for any of the Teams associated with this new registration.
B.Super League Creators:
A Super League must contain at least 5 paid-up Teams to be eligible for this scheme. The account holder receives 4 for every Team that has paid the entry fee and joined the League created by a Team that the account holder has paid for. These League Teams can in fact have been paid for by the account holder so, as an example, a user may create a League containing only his/her 5 teams. S/he will have paid 50 but will receive 20 back.

At any time the user may view how much their account holder is owed by logging in and following the links at www.raise-your-game.net. The deadline for both schemes is Dec 31st 2003.
